Return Policy

At OPTOVU, we strive to provide excellent customer service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and experience. We stand by the quality of our products and have a thorough quality control process, but occasionally issues may still occur. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can resolve this issue quickly and efficiently. All customers can return unused products within 30 days of the order date for a refund or exchange, as long as they comply with the following terms and conditions:
 

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. 
• Customer is required to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us via email before returning any merchandise. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the packaging that will be used to ship the merchandise back to us.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the merchandise received is incorrect or damaged by us.
• Merchandise must be unused and in perfect resellable condition to qualify for return or exchange.
• Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging.
• Any merchandise listed as "Final Sale" at time of purchase cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Photos of the merchandise you received must be emailed to us if the return is due to damage.
• We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fully comply with the terms and conditions of our return policy, in which case any item(s) sent to us will be sent back at the customer's expense.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we've received and inspected the returned merchandise. We will notify you if your return fails to meet any of the terms and conditions of our return policy, otherwise, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
• All packages refused by the customer are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy, plus any additional return shipping costs charged to us by the shipping company.

It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that all returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. We strongly recommend that you get and retain a proof of postage receipt when returning any mechandise as OPTOVU is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
